Imbalance of Testosterone Hormones

I noticed today. My actions lead me to sex and it's a wast of time. In fact, it just shows me what an undisciplined boy i am. I have a lot of work to do but is there something holding me back?  I do not think so it's just because you can't control my hormones. For this , all i have to do is focus on my work. I have 9 minutes left. I mean, someone is waiting for us.
